At Tokopedia, he helped the company win two awards, developed an account (organically) from 0 to have tens of thousands of followers in less than one year, making Tokopedia the number 1 e-commerce on Twitter (based on followers).
He is also the founder of a sports news website called The Flanker.

#1 Can you explain to us what your typical day looks like at HMD Global?
The beginning of the week will be full of meetings, then the rest will be full of ideation, brainstorming, and strategy formulation. I think this is a typical week for social media people.
#2 Biggest myths and misconceptions about working in Social Media?
Some people think that good or classy content can get good engagement.
However, they were wrong. Content that can get good engagement is relevant content. Relevant to whom? Your audience. Don't judge by your taste, judge by your audience's taste.
#3 Your proudest professional achievement as a social media person?
I helped Tokopedia win 2 awards, developed an account (organically) from 0 to have tens of thousands of followers in less than 1 year, making Tokopedia the number 1 e-commerce on Twitter (based on followers).
At HMD Global, I broaden the audience and make people notice that Nokia Mobile is still around.
#4 What drives you to work in your current industry?
4 years ago I was just a conservative content writer. But I know, content trends will continue to grow and social media will be the axis. Finally I moved and didn’t plan to come back.
#5 Things you wish you could have learned earlier in your career?
To be able to learn what is trending now in my industry.
I hope that in the past there was already a platform like RevoU.
#6 Books / Online resources you follow to remain on top of the most important industry trends and keep improving in your field (blogs, podcasts, newsletters)?
As for books, I'm a fiction guy. Sorry. So I have no recommendation.
But if I want to learn something about social media, I will study the big brand accounts, look for common threads and try to find their strategies. From there we can find and learn something.
#7 Your tips for someone who is interested in starting his career in Social Media Marketing (aside from applying to RevoU :)?
Study the trends. Also try to know the latest features of each social media platform.
From there you can start experimenting with creating content that relates to the latest trends and features and see how many people like it or not.
#8 The fundamental skills a Social Media professional is expected to have?
Research and analysis.
It may sound cliché, but it's important. Before creating social media, determining content and strategy, the thing you do is research.
Once the social media account is running, the thing you do is analysis. So you can know what didn't work and what to continue.
#9 What distinguishes a good social media marketer from a great one?
A good social media marketer can create good content about the product or brand.
Great social media marketers can get people to buy their products or use their brand.
#10 Best examples of social media activities (outside HMD Global) in Indonesia?
I just want to recommend the accounts (you can learn from them too): GoJek Indonesia, Netflix Indonesia, & Tokopedia (not biased).
